Current Occupation: Doing nothing, I mean, doing things I didn't have time for during the school year and loving my job right now!
Sorry my avid readers, I've been extremely busy the last few months trying to finish my first year of teaching and what a year it has been. I'm finally able to sit down and go back to blogging, although facebook and myspace have taken more of my time in recent days.
Today all I did was clean cause my dad is spending the night here the next few nights because he has some business meetings up here. I fixed spaghetti, salad, corn, and bread for dinner and it was delicious. I love having time to do things, but you know what....something that would be wonderful....some one to ask me how my day was even if I did nothing....someone to take the time to talk to me because I spend my whole day at home by myself. I wish people weren't jealous cause I have a job where I don't have to work 3 months out of the year, but you know what.....the time we have off is well deserved , most people can take a day off here and there and not feel bad about leaving work behind. A teacher always has work and if we leave our job for a day, our students are the ones that suffer. This time off called summer is needed! (Sorry, just a rant I needed to get off my chest!)
All my friends out there, we've got to plan things to do, other wise I'm gonna go CRAZY this summer. I'm gonna be back and forth to home, so we need to make some plans!
Hopefully I'll update more often this summer. One more week and then I'm going to camp as a counselor...yeah! Goodnight my friends...love to you all!
